-Untuk tempahan sila emailkan : Nama Penuh,Alamat,Nama Product,Quantity dan Num. Phone. After email please bank in 50% deposit and sms me.

-Delivery take only 4-5 days working day.

-I'll post the stuff/product using Skynet . Self collect tidak disediakan only for Ball cake,stick cake,cupcakes and brownies at Putrajaya.

-Untuk melihat sample product customer boleh datang ke rumah saya di PUTRAJAYA.

- Qty - Design of cake/ cup cake **( kalu uols ada design sendiri amat dialu- alukan ;)

- Special message/ wording

- Self Pick Up/ Delivery

3) Please take note that 50% deposit di perlukan untuk setiap order. Your order will only considered as confirm once i have received the deposit.

*** Kindly please bank in deposit 5 days before date to pick up or if earlier than that is most welcome.

After you made payment, kindly please email the receipt to renjismempelai@yahoo.com or sms the detail.I will confirm you order by replying email or sms.

5) Small order - 5 days in advance

Bulk order - 3 weeks in advance

Term and Codition

1)Deposit of 50% or more required to confirm booking (forfeited if the booking being cancelled). Balanced of payment need to be setlled before delivery or during collection of goods.

2) Booking must be made at least 1 mth before the event take place or collection date. This applies to hand made decoration only. For readymade it may takes 2 days to deliver depending of stocks and order.

3) Payment must be made to our saving acc.

4) Goods sold are non-returnable/ refundable/ exchangeable.

5) Prices do not include costs of delivery and delivery costs depends on weight and size of the item. Delivery will take 2-3 working days.

6) All goods will be sent via Skynet or self collect can only be done at the collection spot PUTRAJAYA(cupcakes,cake ball only).
